VIP Executive Support Engineer

Role Overview

Seeking a professional and customer-focused VIP Executive Support Engineer to provide dedicated IT support for senior executives, including CEO Office stakeholders. The successful candidate will deliver white-glove support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and executive meetings, ensuring a seamless technology experience.

The role requires a strong onsite presence within Singapore and the flexibility to support executive meetings and events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & VIP Support

• Provide premium onsite IT support to CEO Office executives and VIP users.
• Deliver rapid issue resolution for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor for executives and executive assistants.
• Ensure minimal disruption through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.

Meeting & Event Support

• Provide onsite technology support during executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership events.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing solutions including Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room systems.
• Coordinate with global IT teams to ensure end-to-end support coverage during critical events.
• Support hybrid and virtual meetings involving senior leadership.

Endpoint & Collaboration Support

• Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 related issues.
• Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and collaboration technologies.
• Manage endpoint configurations, software installations, upgrades, and security compliance.
• Support mobile devices including iOS and Android platforms.

Incident & Service Management

• Handle priority incidents with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow ITIL service management practices.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while driving resolution.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrate exceptional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or VIP Executive Support.
• Expertise in:
• Windows 10/11
• Microsoft 365 Suite
• Mobile device support (iOS & Android)
• Hardware troubleshooting and replacement
• Endpoint management tools

Language Skills

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to support Mandarin-speaking executives and stakeholders.

Professional Skills

• Excellent executive presence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-visibility incidents.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-level executives, CEO Office, or Board members.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and executive meeting support.
• Experience working within multinational organizations.

Working Conditions

• Singapore-based onsite role.
• Availability to support executive meetings outside standard business hours when required.
• Occasional standby support for critical leadership events.
• Must be presentable, customer-oriented, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.
