Duties & Responsibilities

• Qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, Production Management, or related field
• 3-5 years' manufacturing experience, preferably within FMCG
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI, automation and data analytics
• Strong ability to leverage data and technology to improve productivity, optimise performance and drive operational efficiency
