岗位职责 / Responsibilities

工作职责:

1. 参与产品和项目的业务梳理和需求分析;

2. 负责产品的日常研发工作，独立完成模块的设计和编码;

任职要求 / Requirements

任职资格:

1. 5-10年使用Java开发经验，掌握JVM原理和调优、多线程、IO、集合等原理; 以及线上问题排查能力;

2. 熟练使用SpringCloud、Dubbo，并且理解框架的核心原理;

3. 掌握 MySQL 应用开发、数据库原理，有性能调优经验者优先;

4. 掌握 Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ、Zookeeper、Elasticsearch 等中间件的优缺点并能灵活应用;

5. 理解微服务架构，能解决分布式环境下的常见问题;

6. 掌握 Linux 操作、Shell脚本编写; 有 Docker 和 Kubernetes 实际使用经验者优先;

7. 有电子商务业务、仓库管理、物流平台或者其他大型 ERP 项目开发、个人技术博客、开源项目研发经验者优先。
