岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责机器人的开发，技术平台架构规划，产出设计方案，确保系统的架构质量，并能识别风险保证系统的性能和稳定性;

2.负责平台技术规划与系统搭建，并带领团队推进实施;

3.负责指导、处理、协调和解决开发过程中出现的技术难题，确保高质量，高效率的开发实现;

4.负责协助部门技术负责人指定开发规范，定期进行代码评审，以及指导团队成员完成必要的技术文档编写，提升团队专业能力水平;

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历优先，5-10年使用Java开发经验，掌握JVM原理和调优、多线程、IO、集合等原理; 以及线上问题排查能力;

2. 熟练使用SpringCloud、Dubbo，并且理解框架的核心原理;

3. 掌握 MySQL 应用开发、数据库原理，有性能调优经验者优先;

4. 掌握 Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ、Zookeeper、Elasticsearch 等中间件的优缺点并能灵活应用;

5. 理解微服务架构，能解决分布式环境下的常见问题;

6. 掌握 Linux 操作、Shell脚本编写; 有 Docker 和 Kubernetes 实际使用经验者优先;

7. 有选品平台、或者其他大型 ERP 项目开发、个人技术博客、开源项目研发经验者优先。

8.有MES系统开发经验优先。
