As an Assistant Director of Finance, you’re not just assisting in the direction and administration of all hotel financial operations - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Review and verify primary financial documents, including acts of completed work, invoices, and electronic invoices;
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and monthly financial forecasts;
• Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and identify potential discrepancies;
• Reconcile data between different systems and financial reports;
• Prepare reports on supplier settlements, prepayments, and outstanding balances;
• Participate in the monthly period-end closing process;
• Prepare the necessary documentation for audits and inspections;
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial documentation;
• Provides timely financial information to the Director of Finance;
• Lead the Accounting team and coordinates the work of employees reporting directly to this position;
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Director of Finance and/or General Manager.
• Inspire and develop the team: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team
