These solutions help enable fair and compliant compensation programs while supporting performance processes that align Team Member objectives, feedback, and outcomes with business priorities.

  • Support Oracle HCM Performance Management and Objective Management, including performance templates, eligibility, objective plans, review periods, participant roles, and process configuration.
  • Manage change requests for Compensation, Performance Management, and Objective Management through the governance process to test, deploy, and document changes to Oracle HCM platform.
  • Review Oracle HCM quarterly release notes and perform impact assessments and testing for Compensation, Performance Management, and Objective Management to identify effects on existing configuration and business processes.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Serve as a primary point of escalation for compensation, performance, and objective management technology issues, including Oracle HCM configuration questions, process defects, and data discrepancies, and manage service requests with Oracle Support to ensure resolution.
  • Customize and deploy custom compensation statements within Oracle HCM to include data from Oracle HCM and Hilton-specific imagery and formatting.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Develop reports and dashboards through Oracle OTBI to provide data-driven compensation, performance, and objective management insights.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for compensation, performance, and objective management configurations and operational procedures to support knowledge continuity and audit readiness.

  • Two (2) years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation.
  • Two (2) years of experience building reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet configuration, budget configuration, and cycle administration.
  • Experience with Oracle Fast Formula for eligibility profiles, compensation plan configuration, validation logic, or compensation calculations.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM data model and cross-module dependencies, between Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Performance Management and Objective Management.

It would be useful if you have:
