Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Queen’s Park is looking for a talented Sous Chef - BBQ (Chinese Kitchen) to join our Pre-Opening Team.
We are seeking a passionate culinary professional with strong hands-on expertise in authentic Chinese BBQ and roasted specialties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the culinary team - Provide hands-on leadership, coaching and development to ensure consistent culinary excellence.
- Oversee production & service - Manage daily kitchen operations, production planning, line checks and service execution.
- Enhance menu offerings - Support the development of seasonal menus, promotional features and signature specialties.
- Drive collaboration - Build strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Support kitchen administration - Assist with inventory management, ordering, scheduling and cost control.
- Uphold the highest standards - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety requirements.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma; culinary/hospitality education preferred
- Minimum 5 years cooking experience in Chinese, Banquet, Main at high-standard restaurants or 5-star hotels
- At least 3 years as Chef de Partie or 1 year in a similar role at an international hotel brand
- Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Familiar with HACCP standards
- Experience in international chain hotels preferred
