PMIC/DDIC ESD&Latch-up防护设计及专案处理
1. PMIC/DDIC I/O ESD design
2. Whole chip ESD and Power/GND plan review
3. 处理 ESD HBM/ MM/ CDM / TLP / Latch-up 相关测试
4. System ESD 测试分析与对策
5. 客户量产之ESD / LU / EOS 等议题处理
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 硕士以上电子, 微电子相关专业
2. 清楚了解半导体器件物理, IO AMR, 器件SOA, ESD TLP之间关系
3. 熟悉使用 virtuoso, laker 等设计软件
4. 对于BCD process, VLSI版图规划有实作经验佳
