Location: TUMI
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Summary
TUMI is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Supply production areas with materials as needed.
- Transport finished goods to designated storage locations.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with warehouse and production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
