Hire Resolve's client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliableFinance Clerkto join their finance team inBellville. This role plays a key part in supporting the finance department through accurate processing of supplier

invoices, payments, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records up toTrial Balancelevel. The

ideal candidate will be proficient inSAGE Evolution, thrive in a structured environment, and have a strong aptitude for numbers, systems, and routine admin and financial responsibilities

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar finance or creditors role
Proven hands-on experience with SAGE Evolution (non-negotiable)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Contactable and verifiable references
A tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting will be a strong advantage
