- Develop and optimize machine assembly processes, workflows, SOPs, and work instructions based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Design and validate assembly tooling, fixtures, and gauges to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Participate in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and support new product trials and assembly validation.
- Identify production bottlenecks, troubleshoot assembly issues, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and first-pass yield.
- Monitor critical quality control points to ensure products meet design and quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including assembly drawings, process flows, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to standardize assembly processes and provide technical support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, technical drawings, and relevant engineering software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive learning attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to interact directly with customers.
- Team-oriented, detail-minded, and able to follow established procedures.
- Good command of Mandarin Chinese is preferred as need to communicate with China team.
Location: Senai, Johor
Salary Range: RM4k - RM5.5k
