IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end IT project delivery from requirement gathering and planning through UAT, deployment and post-production support.

- Prepare project plans, WBS, milestones, timelines, resource plans and delivery schedules.

- Manage projects related to Loan Origination Systems (LOS), digital lending, customer onboarding, KYC, API integrations and workflow automation.

- Work closely with Business, Product, Technology, Information Security, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.

- Manage third-party/vendor integrations, including API, fintech, KYC and other technology partners.

- Drive Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid project methodologies, including sprint planning, tracking and release management.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans.

- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, security and support teams for successful releases.

- Drive UAT, production deployment, change management and post-go-live stabilization.

- Monitor project SLA, budget, quality, timelines and business outcomes.

- Prepare regular MIS/status reports and present project updates to senior management.

- Manage vendor evaluation, commercials, contract execution and performance governance.

- Ensure adherence to BFSI regulatory, ITGC, information security and compliance requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
