Role Overview :
As a GenAI Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge research and scalable product engineering, architecting sophisticated solutions that leverage Large Language Models to solve complex business challenges. Your day-to-day involves designing robust LLM pipelines, fine-tuning models for domain-specific tasks, and integrating generative capabilities into our core product ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and engineering leads, to translate ambiguous business requirements into high-impact technical specifications. By building scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems, you will directly influence our product's competitive edge and deliver transformative value to our global user base. This role offers the flexibility of a remote-first environment with the option to engage with our Hyderabad-based hub for strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and deploy end-to-end generative AI pipelines to automate complex workflows, significantly reducing manual operational overhead for our internal teams.
- Fine-tune and optimize open-source and proprietary LLMs to enhance accuracy and relevance for specific industry use cases, ensuring our products remain market leaders.
- Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks to provide users with context-aware, hallucination-free responses that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to establish scalable MLOps practices, ensuring that our AI models are performant, cost-effective, and reliable in production environments.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and tools to maintain our technical stack at the forefront of the industry, keeping the business ahead of evolving market trends.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack, with a deep understanding of prompt engineering and vector database management.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow, combined with the ability to write clean, maintainable code that adheres to production-grade standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment while maintaining high levels of team alignment and project transparency.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field, backed by 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or machine learning roles.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment, demonstrating the self-discipline and adaptability required to manage complex projects independently while working remotely.
