Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Noida-based team, operating in the USA shift. In this role, you will serve as the primary custodian of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring the platform remains optimized, secure, and aligned with evolving business requirements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, service, and technical teams, to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. By maintaining system integrity and driving user adoption, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our CRM capabilities, directly impacting our ability to deliver seamless customer experiences and data-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance for global support teams.

- Manage complex user security models, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules, to safeguard sensitive organizational data.

- Execute end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during system transitions or bulk uploads.

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership and operational stakeholders.

- Oversee the integration of third-party applications via AppExchange to extend platform functionality and streamline business workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and SOQL/SOSL queries to maintain system stability.

- Conduct regular system audits and user management tasks to ensure the platform remains clean, efficient, and user-friendly.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Administration, with a deep understanding of platform architecture and best practices for system configuration.

- Proven ability to manage Salesforce Security, including advanced sharing settings and field-level security, to maintain strict data governance.

- Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL for debugging and minor enhancements within the Salesforce environment.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across different time zones.

- Ability to thrive in a USA-shift work environment, demonstrating high levels of self-management and reliability while working from our Noida office.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to continuous learning and platform updates.
