The opportunity

As a Lead Design Engineer, you will take ownership of complex engineering projects, transforming customer requirements into innovative, high-quality designs that make a real-world impact.

You will guide projects from concept through execution-balancing performance, cost, and timelines-while working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in power transformer design engineering.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering design projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative environments.
• Commitment to continuous learning and applying innovative engineering approaches.
