Job description
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive solution design, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications. The role involves leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, conducting design/code reviews, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical solutioning and delivery within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure SDLC and quality compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Resolve technical challenges and drive best practices.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, AWS, and UI technologies.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in Angular (Services, Guards, Resolvers, Interceptors, Pipes, DI, Routing), TypeScript 4+, RxJS, HTML, and SCSS.
- 7+ years developing and deploying Angular applications on AWS, including reusable UI components and frameworks such as SSO and Observability.
- 3+ years developing REST/JSON services using AWS Lambda.
- 3+ years developing AWS AppSync GraphQL services.
- 1+ year of AWS infrastructure automation using Terraform/Terragrunt.
