Job description
Our EMEA Total Rewards team support over 10,000 employees across multiple Hitachi business entities. They specialize in the design of both financial and non-financial reward frameworks that reflect the Hitachi Groups strategy to attract, motivate, and retain employees including: Researching and analyzing key perspectives, incorporating traditional compensation and benefits elements as well as learning and development opportunities, career frameworks, and work/life benefits.
Role purpose:
To deliver reliable and employee-focused benefits support by coordinating day-to-day benefits activities, maintaining accurate HR data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliant and efficient service delivery.
What you will bring to the team:
Strong technical skills and ability to work with benefits platforms, reports and data
Strong communication skills - Fluent/Business level English is required. Plus business level German would be desirable (but not essential)
Basic financial understanding, including costs, contributions, calculations and invoicing
Understanding of benefits such as medical insurance, life insurance & pensions
Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and compliance requirements
Experience in supporting benefits administration, renewals or data collection
Cross functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external benefits vendors to support benefits processes and issue resolution
Accuracy and high attention to detail
Data management skills
Excel, dashboards, smart sheets and Power BI knowledge would be strong advantages
