Über die Position

Wir sind der Transformatoren Service Deutschland und unterstützen die Energiewende, indem wir die zuverlässige Instandhaltung und den Service von Transformatoren sicherstellen.

Begleite uns bei der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceprozesse und sammle praktische Erfahrungen im Prozess- und Projektmanagement in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Das kannst du bewirken:

• Analyse bestehender Planungs-, Steuerungs- und Arbeitsvorbereitungsprozesse im Servicegeschäft
• Konzeption und Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Auftragssteuerung und Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Aufbau einer transparenten Übersicht über Serviceaufträge, Bearbeitungsstände, Verantwortlichkeiten und erforderliche arbeitsvorbereitende Maßnahmen
• Entwicklung von Standards und digitalen Workflows zur effizienten Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen und Aufgaben
• Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SharePoint-, Microsoft-365- und weiteren digitalen Anwendungen
• Erstellung von Dashboards, Reports und Kennzahlen zur Steuerung von Prozessen und Ressourcen
• Entwicklung und Etablierung eines einfachen, transparenten und effizienten Systems zur Stundenmeldung
• Optimierung der Datenqualität als Grundlage für Planung, Controlling, Abrechnung und Ressourcensteuerung
• Dokumentation neuer Prozesse sowie Unterstützung bei der Schulung und Einführung innerhalb der Organisation

Das bringst du mit

• Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d), idealerweise im wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder IT-nahen Bereich
• Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Microsoft 365
• Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an Digitalisierung, Datenmanagement und Prozessoptimierung
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Freude daran, Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern
