We design, build, and operate the technology that powers the Club. Our primary focus is on delivering the service that supports our hospitality, racing and wagering operations, to ensure that our customers and members enjoy exceptional experiences.

The Department
The Cyber Security Department is essential to the Club’s ongoing success, safeguarding information assets, IT systems, networks, and cloud platforms while ensuring the resilience and continuity of critical operations. Through the implementation of strong risk governance frameworks and cybersecurity standards, the department protects the Club against emerging threats and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and China.
As the first line of defense, the department plays a key role in maintaining the Club’s reputation and operational resilience. Its core responsibilities include identifying and addressing vulnerabilities, protecting sensitive information, ensuring rapid incident response, overseeing access management, and promoting Club-wide cybersecurity awareness.
The Job
- Drive the execution of the Cyber Security Programme in alignment with Cyber Security Strategy
- Support programme management office for initative planning and task effort evaluation
- Support security architecture initiatives, proof-of-concept or solution evaluation, in alignment with architectural standards
- Follow secure design methodologies, frameworks and roadmap
- Design and integrate security controls into PDLC processes and workflows
- Conduct comprehensive testings across various perspectives and levels
- Prepare good quality of documentation and handover materials
About You
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GIAC, or CEH are preferred
- 5 to 8 years of practical experience in IT roles, with specific emphasis on Information Security
- Hands-on experience in enterprise security infrastructure, risk assessments, and security testing
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud Tools
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, CSSLP, NIST CSF)
- Hands-on experience in AppSec tools and framework (e.g. SAST, SCA, DAST, image scan, secret scan)
- Experience in DevSecOps CI/CD tools (e.g. Snyk, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, etc.) and best practices
