The Supply Chain Finance Intern will be responsible for:
- Leading Supply Chain Audits
- Assist with the fixed asset audit
- Document process & perform audit: Engineering/Manufacturing labor vouchering
- Supply Chain process improvement project-Crown Jewel Cost out opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
The Intern will also learn about the following:
- Observe HMH’s workplace culture by interacting with different functions
- Enhance knowledge/skills & apply in actual business scenarios
- Develop professional communication skills with Executive Leadership
- Experience performance evaluations/feedback in a professional setting
Skills/Requirements
- Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college with Finance/Accounting majors preferred
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results
- Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project and subsystem
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products, i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.

- Internship is 12 weeks, May 24 - August 13, 2027
