Data Specialist / Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist / Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and manage business data for our company and international clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, APIs, and modern AI-powered tools. You should be able to turn raw data into accurate reports, meaningful insights, and practical business information.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and errors.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data summaries for internal teams and international clients.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, and reporting.
• Work with SQL and databases to retrieve, filter, and analyze data.
• Extract and transform data from websites, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Build and maintain automated reporting and data-processing workflows.
• Use AI tools to assist with data analysis, research, reporting, documentation, and repetitive data-related tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the AI Automation and Development teams to integrate data into automated workflows and business systems.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and error investigation.
• Maintain clear documentation of data sources, processes, reports, and analysis methods.
• Research and evaluate new data, analytics, visualization, and AI tools.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and understandable way to non-technical team members.
• Support international clients with data-related tasks, reports, dashboards, and business analysis.

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data organization, and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and data extraction is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to learn new software, AI tools, and technologies independently.
• Good research and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work with international clients and understand business requirements.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they have strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of relevant tools.

AI Skills

• Candidates should have practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
