We’re looking for an Underwriting Administrator who understands that.

What you’ll be trusted to own

This isn’t just about processing paperwork.

It’s about making sure every detail is right, every time - and that brokers and clients experience a seamless, professional service.

You’ll:

• Manage underwriting transactions across the full policy lifecycle, from new business to renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Process and validate risk and policy data with accuracy, ensuring system integrity and audit readiness.
• Issue policies, schedules, and endorsements within agreed service levels.
• Support underwriting decisions by analysing risk and claims information where required.
• Take ownership of the renewal cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for brokers and clients, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
• Handle complaints and escalations in line with internal processes and customer fairness principles.
• Support reporting, portfolio administration, and quality assurance processes.
• Work closely with underwriting and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery
