Senior Logistics Associate

As a Senior Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain processes. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory activities to support timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Honeywell’s logistics operations by improving transportation strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate and oversee logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable service and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain and production goals.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize logistics processes.
• Experience managing vendor and carrier relationships.
