About the Role

As a Sales Associate at hosting.com, you will be responsible for proactively connecting with existing and prospective customers through outbound calls and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their experiences, collect feedback, and coordinate meetings or appointments with the relevant teams.

You will communicate with customers in both English and Bengali, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage meeting schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups.

This role requires excellent communication and listening skills, strong organizational abilities, and confidence in speaking with customers. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to understand their experiences, gather feedback, and maintain customer engagement.

• Communicate with customers professionally in both English and Bengali.

• Invite customers to participate in scheduled discussions, consultations, or meetings with relevant teams.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to check availability and arrange meetings.

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage customer appointments using the company's calendar and scheduling tools.

• Send meeting invitations, confirmations, and reminders through email or other communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, feedback, meeting schedules, and follow-up activities.

• Follow up with customers to ensure scheduled meetings take place and outstanding requests are addressed.

• Prepare and maintain customer engagement reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.

• Work closely with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and ensure appropriate follow-up.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer information.

• Manage sales leads, maintain accurate lead records, and ensure timely follow-up.

• Work with other sales team members to convert leads into sales.

• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager and management.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in cold calling, sales, customer service, telemarketing, or customer engagement will be preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Confidence in making outbound calls and communicating with customers professionally.

• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer feedback and requirements.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and company processes.
