AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven AI/ML Engineer with strong software engineering foundations and hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications. In this role, you will develop, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI solutions while translating complex technical and data insights into clear recommendations for executive leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong Python and SQL proficiency with practical machine learning knowledge and strong business communication skills. The selected candidate will need to support US clients in EST time zone. There will be hybrid/remote engagement, but will require uninterrupted power & internet back-up when working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications and machine learning solutions using Python and SQL.
• Ship production-grade code in a collaborative team environment and actively debug and resolve live production issues.
• Analyze complex datasets and generate data-driven recommendations and executive-ready presentations for senior stakeholders and C-suite leadership.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new business domains, terminology, and emerging AI tools and technologies.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members while working in alignment with the EST time zone as and when needed.

Required qualifications & skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience developing LLM-powered projects and understanding of core machine learning concepts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Curious, self-driven, and proactive mindset with an eagerness to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.

• Willingness and flexibility to maintain partial overlap with the EST business hours (extending to approximately 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM Bangladesh time when needed).

Nice to have:

• Professional experience with MS SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with React or a comparable front-end framework, or integrating third party REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AI voice agents, Tableau, or other BI tools.
