Headquartered in Palo Alto, California, the company earns a large share of profit from supplies and services attached to its installed base and has pushed into hybrid-work peripherals and subscription hardware.
Principal Supply Chain Planning Process Design

Description -

Do you want to shape how millions of customers experience service and repair? Every year, our Service Supply Chain ships 9+ million spare parts and manages 650,000+ device repairs globally. Behind every delivery is a customer expecting fast, reliable service, and a planning system that must get it right. We are transforming how service supply chains operate: becoming more digital and predictive, with a strong focus on circularity and sustainability.

As a Planning COE Solution Architect, you will help define the direction of this transformation, shaping best-in-class Supply Chain planning, end-to-end processes and integrated solutions across the global Service Supply Chain. You will connect business strategy, processes, data, and technology, enabling executive decisions and influencing the evolution of our ERP, planning processes and planning ecosystem.

Job scope/summary:

The role is responsible for defining global planning process standards, solution principles, and target operating models across the Service Supply Chain Planning COE. The position operates at organizational level in highly complex and ambiguous environments, combining deep supply chain planning process design expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and ERP/planning ecosystem knowledge.

The role combines:

  • Supply Chain process design expertise and solution leadership, defining global standards and scalable operating models.

  • Executive decision enablement, structuring complex choices and building cross-organizational alignment.

  • ERP and planning ecosystem strategy, connecting business processes, data, technology, and partner capabilities.

The role partners with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, Data, and external technology providers to shape strategic direction, clarify priorities, and translate business needs into integrated transformation roadmaps. In addition, the role strengthens COE capability by coaching junior colleagues and establishing global practices.

  • Benchmark and shape solutions toward scalable, integrated, and best-in-class process design

  • Act as a recognized authority for supply chain planning processes and business solution architecture

  • Influence the broader planning ecosystem, partnering with IT and vendors to shape product strategy and capability roadmaps

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

  • End-to-end solution design spanning business processes, data, ERP, and advanced planning tools

  • Influence over IT, product, or vendor roadmaps based on business strategy and value

Level suitability will be determined by scope of impact, complexity, decision influence, and organizational leadership, rather than experience alone.

Skills and requirements:

· Strong strategic, analytical, and systems-thinking skills, connecting business strategy, processes, data, technology, and operating models

· Ability to shape direction in complex and ambiguous environments, simplifying systemic challenges into clear priorities and executable solutions
