Technical Marketing Engineer (TME)

Description -

Product Quality Leadership

• Drive product quality, reliability, and customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

• Serve as the customer advocate by translating customer feedback and field insights into actionable improvements.

• Monitor and analyse warranty, telemetry, call rate, and customer experience data to identify quality trends and opportunities.

Issue Management & Escalation Leadership

• Lead investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical product quality issues and customer escalations.

• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations teams to implement effective corrective actions and preventive measures.

Data Analytics & Insights

• Utilise telemetry, warranty, NPS, call, and quality data to identify emerging risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

• Communicate product quality performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
