Trade Marketing Analyst

Description -

This role is responsible for owning Trade Marketing strategy in Brazil, contributing to development of market plans, in-store experience and preparing and delivering key performance reports. The role also leads the execution of marketing deliverables, performs data analytics, and designs customer experience journeys. Additionally, the role ensures legal compliance, leads content adaptation, and heads moderate to high complexity projects to support operational and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the end-to-end in-store go-to-market strategy;
• Align Sales, Marketing, Category and retailer needs;
• Lead, negotiate and audit Trade Marketing agency services;
• Ensure Extended Sales Force productivity and optimized coverage in Tier 1 and 2 stores;
• Design the shopper decision journey;
• Define commercial + communication strategy, ensuring flawless implementation;
• Lead and ensure brand consistency and leadership across all in-store touchpoints;
• Create distinctive brand leadership at POS;
• Enable and elevate retail sales force performance;
• Lead ESF product and storytelling training strategy and develop playbooks and tools;
• Track business KPIs and manage Trade Marketing investments to maximize ROI. Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, trade marketing or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience. Preferred Certifications NA Knowledge & Skills
