THE PRODUCT

Companion is a core element of HRS’s Connect platform. It provides travelers, meeting attendees, and workforce members with a omni-channel experience that manages on-the-go payments, compliance, and expenses. Powered by intelligent agents, it combines intuitiveness, personalization and compliance enforcement across the travel spend lifecycle, and solves for diverse enterprise use cases, from ancillary spend to events to crew.

POSITION

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Companion to drive the expansion of the offering. In this role, you will report to VP Product and operate as part of a Product Trio with an Engineering Lead and Product Designer. Together, you will hold end-to-end accountability for discovery, delivery, and measurable business outcomes - translating strategy into execution while ensuring user adoption and enterprise customer value.

CHALLENGE

As Senior Product Manager for Companion, you will:

• Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with HRS’s platform strategy and enterprise customer needs.

• Champion the customer, keeping their pains and desired outcomes at the center of every decision and validating problems and solutions through continuous discovery.

• Be deeply engaged in execution, collaborating daily with Engineering and Design to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries that meet large enterprise B2B go-to-market cadences.

• Continuously mitigate risks, addressing value, viability, usability, and feasibility risks in every stage of discovery and delivery.

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from early concept and market validation through to production operations.

• Engage in co-creation, working with global enterprise customers, co-creation boards, and Marketing to ensure relevance, adoption, and strong go-to-market alignment.

• Ensure continuous platform value-add, surfacing and leveraging data insights that strengthen HRS’s corporate spend proposition for enterprises.

• Translate strategy into action, ensuring clear prioritization, outcome-driven backlogs, and cross-functional alignment.

• Track and steer outcomes, using adoption, retention, NPS, and operational efficiency metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Model HRS leadership principles, showing customer focus, ownership, curiosity, and resilience to inspire your team and stakeholders.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, FinTech, or TravelTech, ideally in B2B mobile wallet or payment solutions.

• Proven ability to integrate AI/LLM capabilities into user-facing product experiences.

• Hands-on experience in designing for omni-channel engagement (mobile-first, chat/social, web, and integrations into enterprise systems).

• Skilled in discovery methods, customer interviews, and PRFAQ writing.

• Strong execution skills: backlog ownership, discovery-to-delivery cycles, outcome-based prioritization.

• Data-driven decision-maker, with a track record of using adoption, retention, and Weekly Business Reviews on product metrics to shape roadmap decisions.

• Strategic agility to expand product into adjacent workflows and manage complex enterprise integrations.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a Product Trio model and across cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong plus: experience with expense management, invoicing, or ERP integrations, and familiarity with digital payments and compliance frameworks (VAT, tax, travel policy).
