What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the design and development of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native AI/ML solutions.
• Driving architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance across platforms.
• Providing technical leadership on multiple projects and influencing engineering strategy.
• Hands-on coding across backend and frontend systems using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Mentoring junior engineers through code reviews, architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving.
• Applying the latest advancements in AI and ML to enhance existing systems and develop innovative new solutions.
• Fostering a collaborative engineering culture focused on learning, quality, and innovation.

What You’ll Need:

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming for both backend and full stack development.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Ability to lead architectural decisions and provide technical guidance across projects.
