Job Content

• To process & approve all account opening & Servicing , scope includes Current, Checking, demand deposit, Term/Time deposit, Loan and credit card account documentation in accordance to DIB, SOP, BIM, FIM, MOF, Credit & Operational Policy, FX regulations prompt and accurately.
• To provide consultation to RM.
• To approve system and manage KYC & JCIC enquiry
• To analyses and defines problems effectively and system errors are highlighted and resolved
• To lead the team to produce quality results on time
• To review DCFC are properly followed and updated
• To monitor and manage staff’s productivity and seeks ways to continuously improve service, productivity and quality of work.
• To promote awareness, understanding and practice of quality.
• To make effective and flexible use of available resources and report customer complaints to BoS Manager.
• To conduct training to junior staff, vendor and GSCM. OAM.

Skills Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• Above 5 years working experience.
• Sufficient internal control regulations knowledge and Cheque Law.
• Professional banking knowledge, Legal and Compliance knowledge.
• Familiar with operational procedures and banking system.
• Fluent in English writing.
• Supervisory, sufficient MS office skill and well communication skill.

License/Qualification Requirement

• Professional License includes Proficiency Test for Internal Control and Basic Test on Financial Market & Professional Ethics.
