• Report to: SVP Customer Development

• Role Purpose: Responsible for leading and managing a team to execute strategic sales delivery plans for IWPB Taiwan. The role focuses on optimizing lead distribution, driving regional Premier acquisition targets, supervising sales quality, and maintaining strong alignment with branch networks and stakeholders.

• Job Contents:
  • Lead and manage the Customer Development Officer team to achieve and exceed sales objectives, focusing on the growth of qualified Premier customer base.
  • Oversee team execution to ensure high customer qualification and sales quality, driving adherence to sustained Total Relationship Balance qualification standards and maintaining required service levels.
  • Strategise and optimise lead assignments across Customer Development Officers, deploying team capacity dynamically to cover branch network acquisition gaps.
  • Drive continuous monitoring of team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), executing performance tracking frameworks to support individual coaching and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with IWPB proposition teams and Branch Managers to ensure effective customer acquisition execution and structured handover during the early stages of the customer relationship.
  • Assure staff conduct within the team, maintaining order and transparent operation of financial markets.
  • Manage the team to provide consistently excellent customer onboarding experience and facilitate effective transition to Premier Relationship Managers.
• Qualification/License Requirement
  • Has sales experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services, with proven frontline team management, sales leadership, or coaching experience.
  • Proven track record in leading and coaching customer acquisition teams to achieve business objectives, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Strong capability in sales coaching and talent development, with demonstrated ability to onboard, train, and upskill Customer Development Officers recruited from diverse non-banking backgrounds, including insurance sales.
  • Strong control mindset, with a sound understanding of sales governance, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continuously monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluate qualification rates, and dynamically deploy headcount to cover branch capacity gaps.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive leadership, and the ability to foster an inclusive, high-performing, and customer-centric sales team culture.
  • Excellent English and local language communication skills with strong commercial orientation and the ability to execute strategic change effectively.
