RBT Operation Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the carrier's ringback tone (RBT) business, formulating monthly, quarterly, and annual operational strategies centered around core metrics such as revenue, penetration rate, active users, and payment conversion rate, and achieving the business KPI targets.
2. Lead the planning of RBT marketing campaigns, including the entire process of launching and implementing routine activities, holiday promotions, and other events.
3. Responsible for the coordination of campaign resources, including the selection of popular ringtones and video RBT materials, thematic packaging, design and integration of campaign pages, benefit configuration, and promotional package design, to ensure the campaign's appeal and user engagement.
4. Responsible for the full-process management of campaigns, including pre-launch preparation, rollout, traffic tracking, process data monitoring, issue correction, and post-campaign review, to ensure the campaign's effectiveness meets the expected standards.
5. Responsible for channel operations and promotion implementation, collaborating with the carrier's marketing department, government and enterprise divisions, channel partners, and short video promotion resources, and coordinating the exposure, user acquisition, user activation, retention, and payment conversion of the RBT business.
6. Responsible for reviewing operational data, generating reports, breaking down metrics, and identifying root causes of issues. Deliver monthly/quarterly operational reports and campaign review reports, and develop reusable templates for campaign operations.
7. Coordinate business risk management to ensure all marketing activities are compliant, free from complaints, free from non-compliant marketing practices, and free from mass user disputes, thereby ensuring the healthy and stable operation of the business.
Skills Required
1. Have a proficient understanding of the operations logic of value-added services such as RBT and video RBT, be familiar with the entire set of operations tactics for user acquisition, engagement, payment conversion, and retention improvement, and be able to independently plan marketing activities for all categories.
2. Have excellent capabilities in activity planning, solution writing, process coordination, and project promotion, and be able to independently complete the entire process from solution initiation, resource coordination, implementation and execution, to review and accumulation.
3. Have strong data operations capabilities, and be able to break down indicators, locate problems, and optimize strategies based on user data, conversion data, revenue data, and channel data.
4. Be familiar with carriers' marketing rules, compliance requirements, tariff systems, and activity approval processes, and be able to effectively avoid marketing complaints, compliance risks, and batch service risks.
5. Have a keen sense of the market, be able to capture network hotspots, festival nodes, and popular music trends, and accurately plan high-conversion and high-popularity RBT theme activities based on user profiles.
6. Have good capabilities in customer communication, cross-department communication, and resource integration, and be able to communicate with the customer's marketing, channel, content, and execution teams to promote project implementation.
7. Have goal-oriented and stress-resistant capabilities, be able to undertake revenue and user indicators, and continuously improve business revenue through strategy iteration and activity operations.

Requirements

Education and Major requirements
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in software engineering or related fields.
Project Experience
Preference will be given to those who have worked on payment-related projects.
