岗位职责
1、数据采集与处理：数据湖仓建设，设计埋点方案，进行数据采集和预处理，保证数据源质量和提升数据价值；
2、数据建模与数据挖掘：基于业务抽象和数据建模方法，构建鸿蒙生态数据基座和核心指标体系，挖掘全域特征，沉淀数据资产和数据平台能力；
3、画像标签体系构建：深刻理解用户、场景、需求，构建用户属性、用户行为、兴趣意图、用户旅程等场景化、动态化标签体系，满足用户优质体验诉求和达成商业价值；
4、商业分析与数据BP：作为业务数据Partner，深入业务场景，通过数据分析洞察增长机会点、增长路径，探索长期方向，数据辅助业务决策，数据驱动用户/商业增长和产品体验优化、促进鸿蒙生态繁荣。
1、具备计算机、软件工程、数理统计、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业背景；
2、具备互联网产品运营及平台运营机制的系统化认知，同时掌握大数据开发、数据挖掘、用户画像、数据分析等核心技术方法论，并了解营销科学原理，致力于在大数据与AI领域持续深耕；
3、熟练使用 SQL、Python 等编程语言，掌握主流的数据建模、数据分析方法，熟悉主流的人工智能平台和大数据平台等；
4、具备敏锐的洞察力、结构化思维能力，以及优秀的沟通协作与问题解决能力，追求卓越。
