岗位职责：
1.负责数据库升级，容灾备份
2.负责线上系统层面稳定性保障，系统监控、应用监控、日志监控、组件升级、安全事件响应处理等；
3.从技术和服务层面具体分析业务，提出优化改进方案并推进实施；
4.负责数据库规划设计，安装实施，性能调优。
5.负责Oracle,mysql到gaussdb语法迁移，数据迁移
职位要求：
1.计算机或相关专业本科或以上学历，有Linux系统运维经验；
2.熟悉Linux系统，具备故障分析和处理能力，能熟练使用相关命令和工具，如strace、netstat、perf、iostat、vmstat等；
3.有其他数据库厂商(国内国外都可)工作经验优先；
4.具备脚本编写能力，能通过脚本快速高效的完成工作，如Shell/Python；
5.大型数据库DBA从业经验，至少精通一种(Oracle,mysql,postgres等)
6.具备金融，运营商，电力，政府行业数据项目实施经验

7.有OCM等证书优先；
8.思路清晰，善于沟通协调，能适应长期出差
