Engineering Manager

You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, and manage the technical health of our mobile products. You will also be responsible for translating business goals into technical milestones, developing a comprehensive strategy for bug management, and optimizing our development lifecycle using AI.

Profil recherché

- Exceptional communication skills, specifically in managing stakeholders and distributed teams

- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 3+ years of people management experience

- Accomplished people leader and manager of both onshore and offshore teams, developing talent and creating a culture of engineering excellence

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven track record collaborating closely with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical milestones, actionable roadmaps, and exceptional execution

- Deep expertise in mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android) and the infrastructure required to support them at scale

- Track record of leading engineering teams that have scaled B2C products beyond 10 million users
