Creative Graphic Design Manager - Social & Digital

Summary: As a Social & Digital Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Huda Beauty’s visual presence across digital platforms. You will conceptualize, design, and produce best-in-class social content and assets, owning projects from initial concept through to final execution. You will also own the design direction for Paid Media, translating broader marketing campaign assets into social-friendly, performance-driven Paid Media creative. Partnering closely with the social, marketing, production, and performance marketing teams, you will ensure every asset is on-brand, on-trend and optimized for both platform and audience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation & Design

• Execute social-first content and assets across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others), owning projects from creative concept through to final asset.
• Own the design and adaptation of paid media assets, translating broader marketing campaign creative into social-friendly, performance-focused paid media directions.
• Develop static and motion graphics and short-form animated content that bring campaigns, launches, and social moments to life.
• Leverage AI tools to generate and accelerate ideation and production while maintaining a distinct, on-brand creative point of view.
• Ensure all digital assets reflect Huda Beauty’s visual identity, tone and aesthetic and are optimized for platform-specific formats and best practices.
• Manage multiple digital design requests concurrently, balancing speed and quality within campaign timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the social team to translate content calendars and social strategies into iconic creative directions that surprise and delight consumers.
• Partner with the performance marketing team to understand campaign objectives, audience insights, and platform requirements, iterating on creative based on performance data.
• Collaborate with brand marketers and production to integrate visual content with compelling messaging to ensure asset delivery is consistent with brand messaging, campaign objectives and delivered on time.

Brand Consistency

• Maintain a high standard of design quality across all social and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and attention to detail.
• Regularly review assets prior to going live to ensure brand standards are followed for a cohesive brand experience.
• Provide feedback and guidance on design concepts, ensuring output meets brand expectations before final approval.

Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness

• Stay up to date with social and digital design trends, platform updates and emerging AI tools, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life.
• Champion the use of AI-driven imagery generation and motion graphic tools to push creative boundaries and improve production efficiency.
• Drive design solutions that help Huda Beauty stand out in a competitive social and digital landscape and embody the brand’s core values.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social/digital design, with a strong portfolio spanning social content, digital design, and Paid Media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion/video tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for image generation with a genuine interest in integrating AI into the design workflow.
• Strong skills in motion graphics and short-form video/animated content creation for social platforms.
• Solid understanding of paid media formats, specs, and best practices across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others) and how to translate marketing campaign assets into social-native paid creative.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and current social/digital trends, as well as awareness of the competitive beauty landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs, campaign assets and social strategies into visually compelling, platform-optimized designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to cross-functional partners.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and the ability to respond positively to feedback.
