Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join the Visual Merchandising team at Huda Beauty. The candidate will support on creative development and execution of projects across Europe. They will oversee specific brand fixtures ensuring they reflect the brands identity, commercial priorities and a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to learn and develop visual merchandising skills across 9 retailers spanning 14 countries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of counter updates across key European retailers, with a particular focus on UK department stores and H&M across Norway and Finland.
• Support the Visual Merchandising team with bespoke fixture development, trade designs, animations and new store openings.
• Support the Head of Visual Merchandising in the planning and execution of retailer conference stands and key trade events.
• Conduct monthly store audits, including photographic reporting, VM compliance checks and consistency reviews, identifying areas for improvement and follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance requirements across Europe, working closely with retailers, field teams and suppliers to ensure VM standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date VM databases, including store lists, translation files, planograms, 3D renders, fixture specifications and other key VM assets.
• Support the execution of new product launches, seasonal campaigns and key commercial moments across the European retail network.
• Coordinate the delivery and installation of VM materials, ensuring projects are completed on time and to brand standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and installation teams to support the production, delivery and implementation of VM materials and fixtures.
• Assist with project timelines and critical paths, ensuring key deadlines and deliverables are communicated and met.
• Work closely with Marketing, commercial teams to ensure VM activity supports wider business and campaign objectives.
• Assist with the management and tracking of VM assets, ensuring materials are fit for the region
• Support the team with presentations, project updates and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging visual merchandising trends within the beauty and wider retail market, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
• Support the review of VM performance and gather feedback from retail teams to identify opportunities to improve execution and customer experience.
• Assist with VM budget tracking, purchase orders, quotations and invoice management where required.
• Build strong working relationships with retailers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across European markets.

Requirements

• Minimum one year in a Visual Merchandising role within Beauty Industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Able to work autonomously with great organisational and time-management skills
• Proactive and problem solver
• Excellent PowerPoint and Office skills (Outlook, Excel)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design principles (desirable)
