Sr. Workday Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Workday Developer with strong expertise in Workday Integrations and Payroll. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Workday integrations and related technologies.

Location: Philadelphia, PA - Onsite

Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract

Technical Skills & Responsibilities

• 8-10+ years of experience with Workday Integrations, with strong hands-on technical expertise.

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using:

  • EIB

  • Core Connector for Worker (CCW)

  • PECI

  • PICOF

  • Workday Cloud Connect

  • Web Services

  • REST and SOAP APIs

• Develop and maintain XML/XSLT transformations, including XSLT 2.0 and XSLT 3.0.

• Develop and maintain Workday Custom Reports, including:

  • Advanced Reports

  • Matrix Reports

  • Composite Reports

• Work with Workday Document Transformation and Object Transporter 2.0 (OT2).

• Design, develop, and maintain:

  • Workday Dashboards

  • Workday Apps

  • Workday Reports

  • Workday Integrations

• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.

• Integrate Workday with external technologies, applications, and vendor systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal to understand business requirements and pain points.

• Contribute to and execute the HR data and analytics strategy.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing and knowledge-capture sessions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and delivery collateral.

• Support ongoing improvements and enhancements to Workday integration solutions.

• Integration Development: Build and maintain complex Workday integrations and interfaces.

• Payroll Integration: Support Workday Payroll-related integrations using PECI, PICOF, CCW, and Cloud Connect.

• API & Web Services: Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and Workday Web Services.

• Reporting & Analytics: Develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

• Testing & Support: Troubleshoot, test, debug, and resolve integration issues.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.

• Documentation: Contribute to knowledge repositories, technical documentation, and delivery collateral.
