Account Manager

Missions

• Établir et maintenir des relations significatives avec les parties prenantes et les décideurs des clients, en servant de point de contact principal et en développant une compréhension approfondie de leurs objectifs, priorités commerciales, défis et expériences avec les produits et services de HUMAN.
• Développer des stratégies de compte et des plans d'action qui augmentent la valeur client au fil du temps, en identifiant, préparant et exécutant des stratégies de vente incitative et croisée qui soutiennent les résultats des clients et la croissance des revenus.
• Analyser la santé du compte, la performance, l'engagement et les tendances du portefeuille pour identifier les opportunités de croissance, les risques et les prochaines étapes proactives.

Profil recherché

- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders and internal executives

- A strong record of relationship-building and consultative upselling and cross-selling

- Experience in ad tech, media, digital advertising, or a closely related technology ecosystem, with familiarity across relevant platforms and categories such as ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, verification, fraud, and brand safety

- 8+ years of experience in account management, partner development, consultative sales, or a closely related commercial role, with a track record of carrying and executing against a defined quota

- A demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify business objectives and challenges, and translate them into compelling value propositions and action plans

- Strong organizational discipline, commercial judgment, and attention to detail

- Excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment with some operational ambiguity

- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to use account context, customer data, and market knowledge to shape smart next steps
