Job Role: Credit & Deal Workshopping Admin
Compensation range: $1,400 AUD - $1,800 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: Our client is a growing Australian financial services and brokerage business specialising in business lending, working capital, and asset and equipment finance. As the business continues to scale, they are building a dedicated support function to help their brokers process deals more efficiently and spend more time focused on clients and business development.
Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Credit & Deal Workshopping Admin to support brokers with the administrative side of lender workshopping. This is a structured, process-driven role focused on data entry, document and deal packaging, lender workshopping, tracking and CRM updates. You will not be responsible for making lending decisions, originating deals, or negotiating credit policy exceptions.
This is a newly created offshore role, offering the opportunity to help establish efficient processes as the business grows. You’ll work closely with brokers and leadership, with potential progression as the offshore function expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Slack for new deal workshopping requests from brokers.
- Review deal breakdowns, bank statement analysis and client information.
- Enter deal details accurately into lender quoting and assessment platforms.
- Review indicative lender outcomes, including serviceability, likely approval and pricing.
- Prepare concise deal summaries and email lender BDMs where required.
- Consolidate lender responses into clear summaries for brokers.
- Track deals and follow up on outstanding lender responses to ensure same-day turnaround.
- Maintain accurate workshopping records and update Lend and GoHighLevel.
- Respond to broker status queries and flag lender delays, declines or system issues.
- Adapt to new lender platforms and support process improvements as the business grows.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written English with the ability to clearly summarize financial and deal information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information and data.
- Excellent administrative and data-entry skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working across multiple software platforms, portals and CRM systems.
- Confident using Slack, email and other digital communication tools.
- Able to follow structured processes consistently while working independently.
- Reliable and available during Australian business hours.
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and lender platforms quickly.
- Previous experience in finance, lending, banking, financial services or financial administration is preferred but not essential.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in working capital, asset/equipment finance, or mortgage broker administration.
- Exposure to bank statement analysis or basic credit assessment.
- Experience with Australian lenders, brokers, or financial services.
- Familiarity with lender portals, Lend, GoHighLevel, or similar systems.
- Experience in a fast-growing environment with evolving processes.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
