Job Role: Recruitment Coordinator

Compensation range: $1,200 AUD - $1,500 AUD / month

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We are looking for an organized and proactiveRecruitment Coordinator to manage day-to-day recruitment coordination and administration across the organization.

You will support the full recruitment lifecycle-from job advertising and candidate screening through to interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment reporting. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet staffing requirements, maintain talent pipelines, and improve recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.
• Manage candidate records, recruitment documentation, employment paperwork, recruitment systems, platforms, and accounts.
• Create and manage job advertisements across SEEK, Indeed, Adzuna, Tanda HR Recruitment, and other approved channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and build talent pools and pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, meet workforce quotas, and support timely hiring outcomes.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates and improve recruitment results.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external recruitment partners.
• Monitor recruitment activity, staffing requirements, quotas, and performance metrics, and prepare recruitment reports for management.
• Develop, maintain, and improve recruitment SOPs, templates, systems, and processes.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation while continuously improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fast food or hospitality recruitment.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent-pipeline management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment platforms, ATS/HR systems, job boards, and recruitment reporting.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
