Practice Finance Specialty Sales Leader

Summary:

Working closely with the Regional Presidents & Managers/Leaders throughout the Consumer and Regional Bank Organization, this individual will be responsible for leading strategic projects, developing sales & training resources, leading field communication efforts & ensuring consistent field execution of our Specialty Banking Not for Profit and Foreign Subsidy strategy throughout the bank in footprint. This leader will create, lead and implement Not for Profit and Foreign Subsidy COI strategy for business bankers along with provide education and awareness around Specialty Banking across all CRB in footprint.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for partnership with Consumer and Regional Banking (CRB) leadership nationwide to execute on Specialty Banking NFP and Foreign Subsidy strategy throughout all channels including Branches, Business Banking, Private Bank, HFA, etc.
• Provide education around COIs in the Not-for-profit and Foreign Subsidies world to Business Bankers and how to educate on our value proposition in the Not for Profit and Foreign Subsidy Banking sector.
• Create and maintain a forward-thinking, long-term vision to ensure consistent execution to plan for new Specialty Banking originations from the enterprise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 12-15 + years of Business Banking/Not for Profit and or Foreign Subsidies banking experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Management experience with background in sales, service, or oversight roles with a focus on Specialty Banking sales
• Strong coaching and training skills
• Ability to professionally interact with all levels within the organization
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task PC and internet proficiency

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
