- 顧客のニーズに沿ってシステム・ソリューションを提供する「ソリューション事業」に参画していただきます。

- 開発チームのマネージャーとして：

- 1on1等を通じたチームビルディング

- メンバーのスキル・成長を考慮した業務のアサイン

- プロジェクト間のリソース調整等

- プレイングマネージャーとして：

- 位置情報データに関わるシステム・ソフトウェアの受託開発・保守

- 位置情報技術に関するコンサルティング

Work hours

- 勤務時間

- 1日7時間

- フレックス可（コアタイム10:00-16:00）

- 月30時間のみなし残業あり

- 休日

- 完全週休二日制（土日）・祝日

- 休暇

- 年次有給休暇（入社後6ヶ月経過時点で10日間付与、ただし入社時点で6日間の特別休暇付与あり）

- 夏季休暇（3日間）、年末年始休暇（3日間）、慶弔休暇
