Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect - AI, Agentforce & Data Cloud

Location : Gurgaon / Gurugram

Work Mode : Hybrid WFO

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Employment : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Architecture :

- Own end-to-end solution architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations - Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

- Lead client solution design sessions, translating business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectures.

- Define integration patterns, data models, security architecture, and governance frameworks.

- Conduct org health checks, technical assessments, and architecture reviews across client accounts.

2. Presales :

- Own the full presales cycle - discovery, solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.

- Lead RFP/RFI responses and deliver compelling solution demos and proof-of-concepts.

- Translate complex architectures into clear business value narratives for CXO audiences.

- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and Salesforce partner forums.

3. Centre of Excellence (CoE) :

- Build and lead Salesforce + AI CoE - standards, frameworks, reusable assets, and accelerators.

- Define delivery methodology, architectural governance, and solution quality benchmarks.

- Drive internal enablement - upskilling teams on new Salesforce capabilities and AI tools.

- Contribute to thought leadership - whitepapers, webinars, and industry positioning.

4. AI & Agentforce :

- Lead design and delivery of Agentforce-powered solutions - autonomous agents, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop frameworks.

- Architect AI-first Salesforce solutions - Einstein, LLM workflows, predictive analytics, and AI governance.

- Stay ahead of the Salesforce AI roadmap - bring emerging capabilities into the practice first.

- Guide clients from AI use case identification through to production deployment.

5. Data Cloud :

- Architect and deliver Data Cloud implementations - unified profiles, data streams, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation.

- Guide clients on data governance, privacy compliance, and data quality management.

- Design data ingestion pipelines, activation strategies, and cross-cloud data sharing frameworks.

6. Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Mentor architects, developers, and consultants across the delivery team.

- Set the technical bar - be the go-to person when the hardest questions need answering.

- Contribute to technical hiring and actively shape the practice growth strategy.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8 - 12 years in the Salesforce ecosystem; 3 - 4 years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role at a Salesforce SI or ISV partner firm.

- Proven end-to-end multi-cloud solution architecture experience - Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

- Confident CXO-level communicator - equally fluent with engineers and business leaders.

- Experience leading or contributing to a Centre of Excellence or practice development initiative.

- Strong integration architecture knowledge - REST/SOAP, event-driven architecture, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms.

- Proven player-coach - able to architect solutions while leading and mentoring a team simultaneously.

- Hands-on Agentforce expertise - agent design, orchestration, and enterprise deployment.

- Strong Data Cloud proficiency - unified profiles, data streams, identity resolution, activation, and cross-cloud integration.

- Deep AI/ML knowledge within Salesforce - Einstein, LLM integration, predictive models, and AI governance.

- Demonstrated end-to-end presales ownership - RFPs, solution demos, client presentations, and proposal development.

Preferred Qualification :

- Familiarity with Salesforce Partner Program and AppExchange ecosystem.

- Experience building CoE frameworks, delivery playbooks, or reusable accelerators.

- Experience with external AI platforms - OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI - integrated with Salesforce.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).

- Background in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or CRM transformation at enterprise scale.

- Certifications : Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI Specialist, Salesforce.
