About the Role
Hyland is seeking a Senior Sales Solution Engineer to provide technical and industry expertise to our sales team and customers throughout the pre-sales process. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for complex customer engagements, driving solution strategy, delivering compelling demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation. Here's What You'll Do
- Act as the technical lead for complex customer engagements, applying extensive knowledge of solutions and industry verticals to lead pre-sales meetings, identify technical requirements, and formulate winning solution strategies.
- Create and present compelling, tailored demonstrations of proposed solution strategies to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy-in.
- Coordinate with global services teams to transition key account information and remain actively involved in the handoff process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Compose thorough internal documentation reflecting all activity related to the solution strategy and provide high-quality technical responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Take proactive measures to identify internal efficiencies, remain current on best practices and market trends, and represent Hyland at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to fellow team members; collaborate with product development in support of solution enhancements and contribute insights to leadership on team technical capabilities.
