Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and can take ideas from zero to shipped product. This role is for someone who combines product thinking, execution speed, and strong intuition to build meaningful user experiences. You will work closely with founders, engineering, design, and business teams to shape and deliver a portfolio intelligence and decision-support platform for RIAs, family offices, and institutional users.

Responsibilities:

• Own product features end-to-end: from problem definition, solution design, and delivery iteration.
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear product requirements and workflows.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure fast, high-quality execution.
• Design intuitive user journeys for complex financial workflows.
• Drive product decisions based on user feedback, data, and product intuition.
• Prioritise features based on impact, feasibility, and speed.
• Continuously improve product experience through iteration and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with sales and users to refine product-market fit.
• Build and maintain product documentation and specs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-based startup.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile development.
• Ability to work with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
• Experience building user-facing products (web or platform-based).
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must-Have: Vibe Design Capability.
• Strong vibe design ability to quickly visualise and design product flows without over-reliance on formal processes.
• Comfortable using tools like Figma, Notion, or similar to create fast prototypes.
• Strong execution focus with attention to detail.
