Senior Product Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented Product Compliance professional to support our global financial products and trading businesses. You will work closely with Product, Trading, Risk and Legal teams to provide practical compliance solutions, support product launches and ensure regulatory requirements are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compliance advisory to Product and Business teams across financial trading, brokerage, derivatives and digital asset products.
• Conduct regulatory assessments for new product launches, product enhancements, trading features and business initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand product structures, trading mechanisms, customer journeys and commercial objectives, identifying potential regulatory risks.
• Develop practical, business-oriented compliance solutions to enable product innovation while meeting applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support product approval processes, regulatory gap assessments and implementation of compliance controls throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with regional Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations teams to address cross-border product compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve product-related compliance issues, providing timely recommendations and supporting remediation initiatives.

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Compliance, Business Compliance Advisory or Regulatory Advisory within financial services, brokerage, FinTech or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of financial trading products, preferably including FX, derivatives, leveraged trading or cryptocurrencies.
• Proven hands-on experience supporting product launches, product compliance assessments and resolving regulatory challenges with business stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of financial services regulations in Singapore, Hong Kong or other major financial markets.
• Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Product and Trading teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively engage regional Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
