Job Purpose:
To understand, plan, and deliver institutional business projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning frontend and backend requirements and expectations, and supporting continuous improvement of institutional workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate business requirements from Sales and Frontend teams, and coordinate with backend teams to ensure smooth execution and progress tracking.
- Manage frontend expectations by assessing request feasibility and acting as the primary communication bridge between frontend and backend teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones; monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Prepare PRD and other project-related documentation, ensuring functional requirements are clear, structured, and actionable.
- Support business restructuring and workflow optimization initiatives to improve institutional operations.
- Generate, maintain, and enhance internal business SOPs to standardize team processes.
- Present and propose business plans and service offerings to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of experience in creating and documenting SOPs while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Can be work independently.
