You will lead projects from end to end, ensuring predictable, transparent, and value-driven execution. You will also develop an integrated view of cyber resilience initiatives with the opportunity to eventually assume operational leadership of the program, including planning and overseeing integrated execution, prioritizing initiatives, and driving performance and governance.

This role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership, governance, and complex project management expertise within a caring and trusted organization. • Establish governance structures aligned with project size and risk profile, and develop and maintain integrated delivery plans that include milestones, resources, costs, dependencies, and risks.
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external teams, align stakeholders around common objectives, and facilitate trade-off discussions, decision-making, and escalations at the appropriate level.
  • Anticipate variances, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues and roadblocks while maintaining focus on priorities, outcomes, and expected value.
  • Produce a consolidated, fact-based view of project health and regularly present progress, costs, schedules, risks, required decisions, and delivered value to governance committees and senior leadership.
  • Ensure the quality of decision-support materials and provide clear recommendations to enable effective decision-making.
  • Secure expected outcomes and ensure a smooth transition of solutions and responsibilities to operational teams.
  • Develop a consolidated view of initiatives and their interdependencies, support other project managers, and contribute to the alignment of project management practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Gradually contribute to the consolidation of the program roadmap, priorities, decisions, interdependencies, and performance indicators in preparation for eventually assuming operational leadership of the program.

What Could Help Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Is recognized for negotiation, conflict management, and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Has a minimum of eight years of experience managing complex technology projects, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Has demonstrated experience leading high-visibility projects involving multiple teams and vendors.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of technology risks and cybersecurity practices.
  • Can interpret risk and performance indicators and translate them into delivery priorities.
  • Has strong proficiency with planning, financial tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Has experience in program leadership or portfolio management of strategic initiatives.
  • Holds a PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification, considered an asset.
  • Has experience with Vulnerability Management, CTEM, CNAPP, DSPM, IAM, or other cybersecurity domains, considered an asset.
  • Has an advanced level of French and English, as the incumbent will collaborate daily with unilingual English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders located across Canada.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.
  • Artificial intelligence is in everyone’s hands, empowering you to enhance personal effectiveness while contributing to the organization’s growth.
  • A healthy, safe, equitable, and inclusive workplace where potential can thrive and be fully developed.
